Travel is included for the first 25 miles. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel fee may apply. If multiple horses are seen at the same location on the same day, the additional travel fee will be split among the owners.

Cancellations within 24 hours – $50 fee
A 15% late fee will be added if payment is not received within two weeks of the session date.
If payment is over 30 days late, Dixie Creek Equine Therapy may suspend future appointments until the balance is paid.
